sadhana: Meditation to Vinyasa

A meditative path combining breath and movement to carry mindfulness into daily life. Sadhana class begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 11:15 AM PST beginning April 22.

Yin

A slow-paced practice that targets deep connective tissues, joints and fascia to improve flexibility and restore overall inner balance. Yin class begins at 11:30 AM and ends at 12:45 PM PST beginning April 22.

Meditation, Chanting, Breathwork

Guided sessions using breath and sound to quiet the mind and create a sense of deep, lasting inner peace. Schedule and pricing upon request.

Online Classes

Live virtual Sadhana and Yin yoga sessions via Zoom for students who can't attend in person.

Who I Am,
Heart & Breath

My early life was a dance, a devotion to the ethereal and expressive art of movement. Yet, like a quiet thread running through every journey, yoga was always there, waiting for me. No matter where my travels took me, my first impulse was to find a sacred space, step onto the mat, and reconnect with the profound power of stillness. Over the seasons of life, my focus shifted toward the soft strength of family, and my days as a professional dancer transitioned into a cherished memory. My body remained my instrument, still craving the physical release of movement, but I began to notice a change in the yoga world. The practice often felt like a performance, leaving me to wonder about the true heart of yoga beyond the poses. Years of quiet reflection and deep study eventually led me to a different kind of choreography: the subtle, inner movements of the soul. I began to live the essence of yogic philosophy—learning that kindness is a quiet magic, that we can unravel the weight of the past, and that boundaries are not walls but spaces of respect. This awakening has been a radiant gift, a beautiful new beginning that arrives just when the light is most golden. It is with a heart full of gratitude that I invite you to share in this joy and discover your own inner flow.
